About Ancient Arts

Keith Francis has been practicing yoga for the last 20 years and has been teaching for the last 8 years.  He is a British Wheel of Yoga trained Diploma holder.  He teaches Hatha Yoga with emphasis on the therapeutic effect of Yoga in creating balance and harmony in our lives. Classes consist of students of mixed abilities with adaptations and modifications to meet personal needs.  He is also available to teach on a one to one basis.
